The International Orality Network Annual Conference for Oral Communicators will be held September 20th to the 23rd at the beautiful WinShape Retreat Center just outside of Atlanta.  This retreat setting is bringing together many of the positive elements from the past years and adding the new dimension of an atmosphere that will be great for spending extended time with others in a casual atmosphere.  You will meet others who share your passion for using oral methods in evangelism, discipleship and church planting.

The focus is for those who work with the unreached people groups (primary orality) and those who work with the literate who "choose" to communicate by oral means even though they can read and write (secondary orality). We are going to follow a format similar to last year where the emphasis is on building your own course schedule through the selection of elective seminars.

The event will be held at the WinShape Retreat Center in Rome, Georgia which is northwest of Atlanta.  The main conference will begin on Monday, September 20th (registration noon to 5pm) and conclude Thursday afternoon by 3pm.  The base registration amount is $230 (the same as last year), except this year you are getting an extra meal for the same price plus an extra day!  We are also offering a $25 discount if you register before June 1st. 

The standard conference fee includes entrance to all sessions, materials, main meals (three dinners/three lunches) and airport transportation.  Other special pricing (session pass, student, commuter, single session) is available upon request. We are also excited that we are able to offer on-site housing at this "five-star" retreat center.  We offer various per night rates based on occupancy that range from $85/night for single occupancy, down to $35/night for quad occupancy (with separate beds).  These rates include breakfast and all taxes.  Our on-site housing space IS LIMITED, so please register early to get the type of room you desire.
