The International Orality Network annual conference is just over a week away. This email comes to give you some updated schedule information. It is being sent to everyone who has registered to date. If you have not yet paid, you must do so immediately! A late fee will be assessed if payment is not received by September 5th. For the registration Web site, go to www.intre.org?59.

At this year's ION conference, much of our content is focused on the "Elective Seminars" which are being offer on Friday and Saturday. It is important that we plan accordingly and that we maintain a good balance of attendees among the seminars. As such, we would like to ask that you log in to the registration Web site and make your seminar selections in advance. Space is limited.

Instructions for logging in are provided to the right (right column, bottom in the section labeled "Registration and Web Site Access"). Once logged in, click on the link in the left menu bar labeled "Schedule Planning." For each of the attendees on your invoice, indicate the preferred seminars that you would like to take. You will also make selections for a couple of lunch options.

You will also notice on the Web site that you can sign-up for a one-on-one coaching session with Don Falkos. We can only accomodate ten people but you must be signed up to be considered.

In order to make it easier to find attendees who might share your interests, we are going to put together a directory that shows your name, contact information and a brief paragraph that describes your interests in orality. You fill out this information on the Web site as well.

In order to coordinate rides between the hotel and church, it is important that we have valid information regarding your need for a ride or your ability to provide rides for attendees. It is important that you fill out the "Travel Plans" and "Extra Info" sections of the registration process. Are plans will be made accordingly.
